MLG Enterprises Ltd.

MLG Enterprises Limited was formed in 1979 to provide sales representation to the North American Food Processing Industries. We currently have a 12,000 Sq. Ft. plant/warehouse in Mississauga, which processes liquid sweeteners of various types.

Our professional sales organization of 12 is experienced in marketing specialty ingredients to the Bread/Roll/Cake, Biscuit & Cracker, Snack Food, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industries.

There is warehousing available in Vancouver, and additional sites in Montreal, and South East USA are being considered. We have been successful in introducing several new ingredients, in particular, to the Baking and Snack Food areas.

We are an active member of the following Trade Associations:
Association of Canadian Biscuit Manufacturers;
Canadian Institute of Food Science Technology;
American Society of Baking;
Institute of Food Technology.

We have always been very active in promoting new and exotic specialty food ingredients to the food processing companies in North America.
